Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As with the general return policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
